Mr. Nick's Knitting
by Margaret Wild
reviewed by Amanda Woodruff
Mr. Nick and Mrs. Jolley knit and laugh together on the seven o'clock train to the city. One morning, Mrs. Jolley isn't on the train. Mr. Nick feels very sand and lonely. But when he finds out that Mrs. Jolley is in the hospital, in a room with nothing to look at, he knits a very special gift to cheer her up. Another good book about friendship that showcases men knitting! Three out of four yarn balls.
